Yoga studio membership and payment software: the buyer’s checklist

Recurring memberships can make a yoga studio more predictable, but only if students understand what they are buying and your team can manage the exceptions. The same goes for payments: the lowest-looking subscription is not automatically the lowest total cost once processor fees, add-ons, staff calendars, and locations enter the picture.

Start with your offers. Most studios need some mix of intro offers, drop-ins, class packs, recurring unlimited memberships, limited memberships, workshops, gift cards, and private-session packages. Your software should support those offers without staff building a workaround every time someone pauses, changes, or renews.

What to compare
